Elite Fix did an excellent job from start to finish. They were patient, kind, and clearly described the process for my child who is a new driver. We knew exactly what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost before walking out the door. The finished product looked fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Had a big scratch across driver door and Elite Fix in Westfield repaired it for a reasonable price! Work was fantastic and one would never know the big scratch was ever there. Waiting area clean with plenty of seating. Customer service was very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this business.

Aws Hattab and his team were wonderful to work with. In the past 3 months I had two insurance claims and took my German vehicles to his shop. Each time he received the parts quickly and completed the job in a very short period of time. The staff is extremely friendly and honest. On both occasions I got a tour of the classic cars he is working on. He did an amazing job both times and made my vehicles look brand new again. I don’t write reviews often for businesses. However, Elite Fix Collision is elite! My wife’s trunk door was not closing all the way on Christmas Day. We were looking to fix this fast since my wife needed her car to drive to work. Aws and his team were able to look at her car the same day I called. They were very professional. The quoted me $3,000 less than what the dealership collision center quoted. They were also able to fix in the same day!

Aws, the owner puts the Aws in Awesome! Called a couple of different body shops and they quoted me a month before they could do an estimate or even get my vehicle in. Aws had my vehicle in the next day. He quoted me 2-3 weeks for the repairs and delivered! A deer jumped in front of my truck and caused a decent amount of front end damage. Thanks to Aws my truck now looks brand new! He is very thorough and passionate about standing behind his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires vehicle repair.
